"The surrender is proportional to the amount of trust and security you offer" - Ian-Michael Hébert.

Interview to the holistic leader, human potential guide and sustainable designer, Ian-Michael Hébert on holistic healing, transformational processes, creating trust and security, the art of surrender, awaking consciousness, well-being, sustainable living, psychedelics peak experiences, the impact of psilocybin, the link between the ancestral, the  ceremonial and the rituals, key lifetime lessons, alternative therapies, connecting with nature and dealing with fear, and more.

"There are people who work with psilocybin scientifically and ancestrally."

Who's Ian-Michael Hébert

Ian-Michael is co-founder of Holos, an organization building holistic healing centres and communities, launching first in Costa Rica. Born in Alaska, Ian-Michael is the former Director of Projects at Esalen Institute in Big Sur; he holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a degree in eco-resort design and development.

"Ancestral wounds are key for the impact in well-being."

Committed to conscious development practices, he has facilitated the expansion of Esalen Institute, the Denali Education Center, Chena Hot Springs, the Center for Ecological Living and Learning, IONS, and many other businesses and organizations.  He is currently applying principles of eco-psychology and biomimicry to the development of Holos-Diamante, a micro village in the Diamante Valley of Costa Rica. This centre will be a place for people to call home as well as a place for healing work with multiple modalities, including plant medicine.  He is committed to honoring local and indigenous wisdom and the elemental forces of the earth.

"The power of consciousness makes you go into a psychedelic experience without plant medicines."
